The 4CU Total Eclipse 2024 rally was extraordinary!

Sincere thanks to our co-hosts, Randy and Cathy Fuhrman and Jeff and Barbara Engelmann. We also thank Ray, Jeffrey, and the rest of the parking crew. Teamwork, together with the good people of Texas Legato Winery, made this rally a huge success.

Over 100 Airstreams from all over the U.S. gathered in Texas Hill Country to experience a total eclipse at a lovely time when the bluebonnets were in bloom. The winery was a beautiful venue with clean grassy pull-through sites and ample space between rigs.

Live music and wine tasting added to the fun. We enjoyed delicious meals of Texas-style brisket, fried catfish, and pulled pork, all freshly prepared on site. The 4CU included a premium hand-dipped ice cream truck, breakfast tacos and coffee.

The clouds dissipated for glimpses of the eclipse. Totality was still spectacular. The rain held off until departure day.

Words cannot describe the magical vibe and our collective experience of this special gathering. We have made awesome memories to last a lifetime.
