A big 4CU welcome and thank you to the members of the 4CU who will serve on the board and committees for 2025.
The 4CU is a large and diverse group, who enjoy being together. If you are interested in getting involved, please do so. There are many ways to get involved, whether it is being on a committee, helping out at a rally, or spreading the news about the 4CU.
We thank each and every one of you who is a member.

Your 2025 Board
It is with great pleasure that I introduce your 2025 Board and Committee members. A huge thank you, again, to these volunteers stepping forward to help lead our club and delivering so much value to us all.

4CU Board for 2025
- President – Barbara Engelmann is returning as 4CU President.
- 1st Vice President – Bruce Stevenson. Bruce previously was 2nd Vice President and stepped up in the role as 1st Vice President.
- 2nd Vice President – Michael Houlden – Michael is currently handling all the 4CU rally registrations and Eblasts. He will continue in that role, while stepping up to the position of 2nd Vice President.
- Secretary – Jeff Engelmann is returning as Secretary.
- Treasurer – Jim Mizera was voted in as treasurer by the Executive Board on December 15th.
- Bonnie Bobman – is returning as Past President.
- Trustee – Lee Gatten, is returning for his second year.
- Trustee – Kathy Fahey joins the board for her first year of a two-year term.
- Trustee – Chuck Hanson joins the board for his first year of a two-year term.
2025 Committees
- Rally Committee – Bonnie Bobman, Jeff Engelmann and Barbara Engelmann
- Website – Leon Hauck
- JotForm – Michael Houlden

- Membership Support – Marsha Rose
- Outreach – Sophia Rodgers. This a new committee for the 4CU, to expand the outreach projects to all four states that make up the 4CU.
2024 Recap
Whilst most of us just see the rallies, there was a tremendous list of achievements this year behind the scenes. Here’s what your board accomplished this past year:
- Approved several new rallies in 2024 (Paso Robles CA, Solar Eclipse and Dark Sky in Kanab, UT)
- Updated 4CU Constitution and Bylaws. Approved by ACI and 4CU Members
- Passage of a policy – stating that rally fees are non-refundable.
- Passage of a pilot policy – rally host and co-host appreciation policy for reimbursement for part of their camping and rally fees.
- Synced 4CU Membership with ACI Membership
- Changed over our fiscal year to align with ACI’s fiscal year.
- Continual and ongoing JotForm updates with improved automation.
- Transition to Stripe electronic payment and away from PayPal for Rallies
- Continual and ongoing website updates to track club activities and events
- Continual and ongoing Region 11 interface
- Updates to rally fee workbooks to make it easier to estimate fees and track rally expenses
- Updates to rally flow chart to make it easier for hosts and board members to plan, approve and execute rallies
- Monthly news reports to members and affiliate members
- Rally Round-ups sharing highlights from rallies
