The beautiful Moreno valley of northern New Mexico is the setting for the Balloons Over Angel Fire Rally from June 18^th through the 22^nd. Hot air balloons will take flight within walking or biking distance or you can enjoy watching them from the RV Resort. The Angel Fire RV Resort has full hook-up sites on concrete pads and loads of amenities and activities to enjoy, such as pickleball and horseshoes. The Resort’s Waffle Wake Up is popular with waffles delivered to your rig by the campground staff in the mornings. In the evenings, a herd of elk often strolls down from the mountain to a large field adjacent to the campground. And, of special note, the resort provides live music on the patio on weekend evenings.

PLANNED ACTIVITIES

Thursday – Arrival Day, 18 June 2026

• Check in after 1:00 at the Gate House.  
• Light appetizers provided by the hosts in the Clubhouse at 5:00 for a Meet and Greet and Welcome. Bring a beverage.

Friday

• Balloons Over Angel Fire mass ascension 6:30 to 9:00. 
• If you ordered a waffle, it will be delivered to your rig between 9:00 and 9:30. 
• Explore the area on your own or just enjoy relaxing at the Resort.
• Happy Hour at 5:00 in the Club House. Bring a heavy appetizer, your favourite beverage and dinnerware.

Saturday

• Balloons Over Angel Fire mass ascension 6:30 to 9:00.
• If you ordered a waffle, it will be delivered to your rig between 9:00 and 9:30.
• Mimosas on Main Street. 9:00 – 4:00. Craft market on Main Street. If you want a mimosa, bring your ID.
• Happy Hour at 5:00 in the Club House. Bring a heavy appetizer, your favorite beverage and dinnerware.

Sunday – Father’s Day

• Balloons Over Angel Fire mass ascension 6:30 to 9:00.
• If you ordered a waffle, it will be delivered to your rig between 9:00 and 9:30.
• Farmer’s Market in Frontier Park from 10:00 to 4:00.
• Father’s Day early dinner in the Club House at 3:30. Bring your dinnerware and favorite beverage.
• Corn Hole and/or horseshoes 

Monday – Departure Day, 22 June 2026

• Checkout time is 11:00. Safe travels to all!

RALLY FEE

$20-30 per person Rally Fee (the fee will be finalized before registration opens)

CAMPING FEE

$95 per rig + tax per night.

This is a negotiated rally rate that can be used one week before the rally and one week after the rally to extend your stay

CAMPSITE INFORMATION

Campground Rules – The RV Resort has a very nice dog park. Please note, however, that dogs are not allowed inside the Clubhouse.

Angel Fire RV Resort is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted in any building or within 30 feet of any building.

• 25 full hook-up sites reserved for the Four Corners Unit
• There is a dump station
• Gatehouse with a small Retail Market
• 2 Community gas fire pits
• Hot tub, Bath house
• Free WIFI, 40 Channel Direct TV
• Onsite Laundry
• Bark Park for pets
• Horseshoe pits, Pickleball courts, Putting green

CANCELLATION POLICY

As with all Four Corners Unit rallies we are unable to offer refunds on rally fees.

Campground Cancellation Policy – $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Canceling 72 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee. Canceling within 72 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Upon rally release on registration day:

1. Upon rally release on registration day, you must first sign up and pay the rally fee here
2. Rally registration needs to be completed before booking your site at Angel Fire RV Resort. When your rally registration has been completed, you will receive the magic word (Confirmation Code) via email to use when booking your RV site.
3. Contact Angel Fire RV Resort and book your site by quoting the magic word. (575) 377- 4472.
