Thank You!!
Thank you to the Four Corners Unit (4CU) for the wonderful opportunity to serve as your President for the last two years! Having Bonnie Bobman serve as past president was and continues to be a huge help to myself and to our Unit. Thank you, Bonnie.
Along with thanking Bonnie for her many years of service to the 4CU, I would also like to thank outgoing Trustee Lee Gatten, outgoing Community Outreach Committee Chair, Sophia Rodgers, and outgoing Membership Support, Marsha Rose. This is a volunteer team effort. The 4CU is so very fortunate to have members step forward to serve. Thank you all for your service to the 4CU.
The 4CU Board and Committees for the 2025 year accomplished a lot this past year.
The results are in! Thank you to all the members, who took the time to vote for the Four Corners Unit Board for 2026. We had about 30% turn out in our members who voted.
Congratulations to the new Four Corners Unit Board

Martians, Ozzy Osborne, pirates, Alice in wonderland, court jesters, flamingos– these were some of the wonderful costumes at our Halloween party in Caballo Lake. Prizes were given out for most funny, scariest, original, homemade, costume dressed most like their pet, and best decorated airstream. This was a perfect end to our rally on Saturday night. We were also treated to a fantastic meal catered by Arizona Airstream food goddess also known as Heidi Vail.

Thirty-five airstreams signed up. This was the first rally coordinated by the 4CU, New Mexico Club, and Arizona Club. On day 1, after breakfast hosted by the NM unit, 8 rally goers made 34 pillow cases to benefit the Arizona chapter of Ryan’s Case for Smiles.

In the afternoon, people explored the surrounding area. Some scheduled for hot spring soaks in Truth or Consequence, while others ate green chili cheese burgers in Hatch. In the evening 54 people went to dinner at Arrey’s café. We dined on either their ribeye specials or delicious Mexican cuisine.
On Saturday morning, we feasted on a breakfast buffet hosted by Heidi and Arizona Club. She made breakfast pizzas (in a pizza oven), homemade applesauce, yogurt, fruit, and granola. It was absolutely delicious!!
After breakfast, 12 individuals made bracelets with an airstream charm and porous beads where aromatic oil were added.

In the evening was our Halloween party. We feasted on another buffet and danced until 10pm. It was a fantastic rally and enjoyed by all!
The 2025 Rally year is coming to a close and it has been another great rally year, but we are not done yet as there are still 3 rallies before year end!
There are still openings for the Tucson Unplugged Rally at Catalina State Park in just 10 days! This is one great rally in a beautiful park with so much to do close to hand.
BOLO (Be on the Look Out) in the next week or so for the details of our annual Picacho Peak NYE Rally. Again, a ridiculously popular rally for the 4CU.
We need help! We are planning a rally at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, 26 February – 1 March 2026. The rally will be here before we know it and the Rally Committee is looking for a Host. Can you step up to help? A co-host has stepped forward, thank you, but we are looking for a host as well. This is a small rally, with 16 dry camping sites, a great ramada site and plenty of hiking and mountain biking.

The rally committee has a solid list of rallies put together already for the 2026 Rally Year with more still to come! We have some “open” months, so if you’ve got an idea please let the Rally Committee know.
Thank you to those who have stepped up to host one of the rallies listed below. We are still seeking a few hosts so please, consider hosting a rally.
However easy you think rally hosting might be, it’s way easier than that! And we’ve a fabulous rally committee here to help YOU!
