2025 Artesia Air Urban Airstream Rally Announcement

The Four Corners Unit rally committee has put together an incredible new rally for this fall!
Join the Four Corners Unit of the Airstream Club International for the first-ever Artesia Air Urban Airstream Rally in Artesia, New Mexico this November! This unique Airstream club rally, inspired by Michigan’s Urban Air Rally running since 2012, pairs with the Artesia Balloons and Tunes Festival, featuring hot air balloon launches, live music, food trucks, and a vibrant downtown full of murals, sculptures, and history.
Enjoy a prime Heritage Plaza camping spot, walking tours, and special events. Space is limited – don’t miss this unforgettable New Mexico Airstream rally!
We’ve hooked up with the Artesia Chamber of Commerce to put together this unique Airstream rally experience.
Thanks to the Chamber, we’ve secured the best location in the city for the rally – Heritage Plaza! Just half a block from Main Street, Heritage Plaza is close to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, a historic railroad depot, a unique public library (a must see!), historical sculptures, and extensive wall murals.
The Chamber is putting together an exciting program for us – to be provided to all attendees.
Artesia has really invested in their downtown and one of the planned functions for the rally will be a walking tour. (Seriously, hit that link. Incredible! Your editor is bummed we can’t attend this rally!) The Chamber is organizing a reception at the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center and we are organising with the local car club to join us one day to inspect one another’s rides and rigs.
PLANNED ACTIVITIES
Thursday – Arrival Day, 6 November 2025
- Welcome reception (heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided) inside the Ocotillo Performing Arts Center. Time TBD
Friday
- Balloon lift from school playgrounds.
- Self-guided walking tour through downtown Artesia
Saturday
- Sunrise balloon launch from Eagle Draw Park
- Sunset Inflatable Race at Balloon Launch Area
- Balloons, Bands, & Brews at Balloon Launch Area
Sunday
- Sunrise Balloon Launch from Eagle Draw Park
- Departure before 1:00 pm
RALLY & CAMPING FEE
$50/person Rally Fee, includes the reception and entrance tickets to the other events

CAMPSITE INFORMATION
- 20 sites available
- Parking our trailers in the plaza will be an orchestrated exercise. We need your trailer length and will be providing details regarding staging and assembly in follow-up communications
- Dry Camping! Come with full water and empty waste tanks!
- Free public dump a few blocks from Heritage Plaza
- We are arranging for a pump out service (not included in the rally fee) toward the end of the rally, for those interested.

As with all Four Corners Unit rallies we are unable to offer refund of the Rally Fee.
