We are thrilled to announce the Magnificent Moab Airstream Rally in the captivating landscapes of Moab, Utah! Get ready to immerse yourself in the timeless beauty of the desert as we gather at the Sun Outdoors RV Park Moab Downtown, in the heart of town.

Nestled amidst the awe-inspiring red rock formations and breathtaking scenery of Moab, this rally promises to be an unforgettable week of camaraderie, adventure, and shared Airstream passion.

 The Sun Outdoors RV Park Moab Downtown perfectly complements the magical charm of Moab. With its convenient downtown location and top-notch amenities, it serves as an ideal basecamp for exploration. Spend your days exploring Arches* and Canyonlands National Parks, both of which are just a stone’s throw away. Immerse yourself in the local scene by exploring Moab’s vibrant downtown, filled with charming shops, art galleries, and delicious dining options. Whether you’re an avid hiker, mountain biker, want to have an adventurous day of rafting, or simply wish to savour the tranquility of nature, Moab has it all. Expect to discover breathtaking viewpoints, enjoy soul-nourishing fellowship, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

PLANNED ACTIVITIES

Monday – Arrival Day – 22 September 2025

• Check-in begins at 2:00 pm
• Happy hour at the group pavilion at 5:00 pm (BYOB)

Tuesday

• Coffee and breakfast burritos at the group pavilion at 7:30 am
• Dinner at the group pavilion at 6:00 pm. Bring your own protein to grill & a side to share

Wednesday

• Coffee and continental breakfast at group pavilion at 7:30 am
• Rafting! Option for a full-day river trip with Sheri Griffith River Expeditions.  Discounted trip cost: $126 per person + tip to your river guide. Lunch included.
• The “Moab Daily” rafting trip is a beautiful one-day float trip on the Colorado River. It begins upstream of Moab and floats through spectacular red rock valleys next to Arches National Park. The winding river corridor offers stunning views of the 12,000-foot La Sal Mountains, surrendering into the surrounding red rock rendered landscape. This is a great trip for those that want to see some of the magnificent canyons carved out by the Colorado River.  The journey features mild Class I and II whitewater, rolling through the likes of Onion Creek, Landslide, and Rocky Rapids.

Thursday

• Coffee and breakfast sandwiches at group pavilion at 7:30 am
• Bring your own dinner for campfire, s’mores and a guest speaker discussing the history and future of public lands at group pavilion at 6:00 pm. 

Friday – Departure Day – 26 September 2025

• Check-out by 11:00 am

CANCELLATION POLICY

As with all Four Corners Unit rallies we are unable to offer refund of the Rally Fee.

Moab Sun Outdoors cancellation policy:  Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”) (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

1. Upon rally release on registration day, you must first sign up and pay the rally fee. You will then receive a super-secret code to unlock the camping confirmation de-coder ring at Moab Sun Outdoors Downtown.
2. Contact Moab Sun Outdoors Downtown at (435) 259-6848 to book your site telling them that you are part of the Four Corners Airstream Group and give them the super-secret de-coder ring code.
3. The deadline to book your campsite is 31 March.

NOTE:  Timed Entry Tickets are required at Arches National Park August 28–October 31, 2025.

From August 28 through October 31, 2025, visitors entering the park in a vehicle between 7 am and 4 pm will need to have already purchased a Timed Entry Ticket from Recreation.gov before arriving. One ticket is needed per vehicle, except for people with camping, backcountry, Fiery Furnace, or special use permits.  Reservations and timed entry
