A huge thank you, again, to these volunteers stepping forward to help lead our club and delivering so much value to us all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4CU Board for 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>President \u2013 Barbara Engelmann is returning as 4CU President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1<sup>st<\/sup> Vice President \u2013 Bruce Stevenson. Bruce previously was 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Vice President and stepped up in the role as 1<sup>st<\/sup> Vice President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2<sup>nd<\/sup> Vice President \u2013 Michael Houlden \u2013 Michael is currently handling all the 4CU rally registrations and Eblasts. He will continue in that role, while stepping up to the position of 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Vice President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Secretary \u2013 Jeff Engelmann is returning as Secretary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treasurer \u2013 Jim Mizera was voted in as treasurer by the Executive Board on December 15<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonnie Bobman \u2013 is returning as Past President.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustee &#8211; Lee Gatten, is returning for his second year.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustee &#8211; Kathy Fahey joins the board for her first year of a two-year term.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustee \u2013 Chuck Hanson joins the board for his first year of a two-year term.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 Committees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rally Committee \u2013 Bonnie Bobman, Jeff Engelmann and Barbara Engelmann<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website \u2013 Leon Hauck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JotForm \u2013 Michael Houlden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership \u2013 Louis Hall<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership Support \u2013 Marsha Rose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outreach \u2013 Sophia Rodgers.&nbsp;This a new committee for the 4CU, to expand the outreach projects to all four states that make up the 4CU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"new-rally\">2024 Recap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst most of us just see the rallies, there was a tremendous list of achievements this year behind the scenes. Here&#8217;s what your board accomplished this past year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Approved several new rallies in 2024 (Paso Robles CA, Solar Eclipse and Dark Sky in Kanab, UT)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updated 4CU Constitution and Bylaws. Approved by ACI and 4CU Members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passage of a policy &#8211; stating that rally fees are non-refundable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passage of a pilot policy &#8211; rally host and co-host appreciation policy for reimbursement for part of their camping and rally fees.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synced 4CU Membership with ACI Membership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changed over our fiscal year to align with ACI\u2019s fiscal year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continual and ongoing JotForm updates with improved automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transition to Stripe electronic payment and away from PayPal for Rallies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continual and ongoing website updates to track club activities and events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continual and ongoing Region 11 interface<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates to rally fee workbooks to make it easier to estimate fees and track rally expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updates to rally flow chart to make it easier for hosts and board members to plan, approve and execute rallies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly news reports to members and affiliate members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rally Round-ups sharing highlights from rallies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep on &#8216;streaming and we&#8217;ll see you down the road in the new year!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good morning 4CU!
