In the August Blue Beret there is an article<\/a> written by International Membership Chair, Barb Derian, that I would encourage you to take the time to read. She writes about our \u201cemotional bank account\u201d and how we as members of WBCCI, can make \u201cdeposits\u201d. From personal experience, I continue to make deposits into my own \u201cpersonal bank account\u201d through involvement in the 4CU. This annual and very popular rally will be held again at Picacho Peak State Park, in Picacho AZ. When the registration date and further rally details finalized, a save the date notice will go out. Thanks to Louis Hall and Sergio Quiros for again hosting this great rally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n By Barbara Engelmann<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 4CU Board voted to approve a pilot program for 2025 to encourage 4CU members to serve as rally hosts and co-hosts by providing partial reimbursement for camping and rally fees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There are many rallies planned for 2025 and as stated in previous Eblasts, host and co-host are needed. We need you to volunteer so, if you are interested in hosting or co-hosting a rally, let a member of the Rally Planning and Support Committee know<\/a>, and we will give you further details on the pilot program and how you can get involved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Are you just curious what hosting entails but not ready to commit? Send us a note<\/a> and we\u2019ll chat! It was a beautiful, late summer afternoon to gather on the shady patio for a visit and a chance to get caught up on everyone\u2019s travel adventures. Old travel friends reconnected, and new friends were made.
