The first opportunity is to accompany the Vintage Parade when they arrive on the site by riding in a golf cart or people mover. The parade plans on coming on the grounds at 3 pm and will wind its way through the Sweetwater Event Center campus.
The second opportunity is during the Opening Ceremonies of which starts at 7:30 pm. Flags of all the Regions, Clubs, and Intra-clubs are presented during the Flag Ceremony as a nod to our heritage.
Opening Ceremony Rehearsal will be held Saturday, June 24, at 10:30 am in the East Pavilion. The dress code for the Flag Ceremony is a white shirt and dark pants. There is not a dress code for the Vintage Parade.
Regions, Clubs, and Intra-clubs must bring their own flag and their flagpole.
